Our 12-month Intensive Program is designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and guide you toward a healthier, more abundant life, with a dedicated care team by your side every step of the way.

Up to 12 visits over 12 months with Dr. Potter and your care team, including:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified
- Registered Dietitian
- Patient Care Coordinator
- 10+ hours of personalized visit time
- Ongoing support through secure portal messaging
- Discounts on supplements and lab testing
- Program Kickoff
Your journey begins with:
(1) 30-minute Welcome Visit with your Patient Care Coordinator
(1) 120-minute Initial Visit with your NP/PA and Dr. Potter
Additional visits include nutrition, supplement review, and follow-up consultations, along with flexible
appointment time and continued support.
